METROPOLE will not be held responsible for any missing items. Garments received without an itemized list will be tagged as “NO LIABILITY / NOT COUNTED”, unless a piece count or list is provided upon drop-off.
For Laundry Drop-Off Services (Wash-Dry-Fold / Press), please note that METROPOLE shall not be liable for missing buttons, tears, stains, holes, or shrinkage, as items are only counted and not individually inspected.
All claims regarding finished articles must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of delivery. Claims for missing items must be made before the garments leave the branch.
